The trays are easy to use, and are ready in minutes. Just follow these 3 easy steps.

1. Heat water to 160 degrees
2. Warm tray in water
3. Form tray to teeth
   

Trays can be reused for all your whitening treatments. Just rinse withcool water after each use, and they are ready for the next.

Detailed Instructions

Step 1: Heat

• Heat a cup of water to the temperature of hot coffee or tea (about 160 degrees).

Step 2: Warm

• Holding the tray by its tab, dip into the water.

• Gently sway back and forth until it softens and droops (10-15 seconds).

Step 3: Form

• Place tray in mouth and bite down gently.

• Suck tray against your teeth to remove air and water (5-10 seconds).

• Press tray tightly against teeth with fingers.

• Remove and rinse under cold water (20-30 seconds).

• Repeat steps if needed until perfect fit is reached then cut off the tab.

• Repeat steps for top/bottom trays.
